The hotel was fantastic and fairly clean in a local area. The restaurant was nice with good Spanish and Continental food, we ordered tasty dishes. The staff was excellent friendly and extremely friendly and provided great services. Also, location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from an expansive public park.

The position overlooking the marina was very good and nearly all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are rather basic, but comfortable. Old-fashioned shower facing out over the bath tub. The evening meal was terrible, worse than a very cheap 'menu del dia' in any bar and served so quickly that if we had not complained, we would have finished the whole meal in 20 minutes.

The staff are attentive, managed the parking on site. Whatever you need is this reasonably large room with bathroom, mini fridge, for instance.

Located right by the beach and marina, this place offers an unbeatable setting. the rooms are super clean and look like they've just been renovated. the staff is really friendly and welcoming. We're already thinking about coming back here in the future because it was just what we were looking for! 🌟.

Excellent family run hotel wonderful home cooked food very friendly staff and room was fantastic very large and clean. Great setting opposite the port and sandy beach. Well recomended to all. Free wifi. Praise to all the staff especially Monica who was very helpful.

Everything was very good, but the best thing was food.

The room was good sized and equipped with a private safe, central heating, and a TV. Great view of the ocean. - the hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop and the beach. - Super close walk to Marinit, a great dinner spot.

Excellent food, well-organized hotel, marvellous location very close to the ferry I was taking in the morning to Ibiza. Immaculately clean and brand-new room itself with a great view and a balcony plus mini fridge. Terrific service, so very friendly and amiable staff during stay. Variety of goodies for breakfast...

Not so helpful staff!

Located across the road from the beach, perfect location. Entrance quite deceptive but room clean and basic. My room was narrow which gave the perception that it was small. Bathroom good size but bed was fairly new and hard. Staff were really helpful & friendly.

Perfect location at the beginning of a beautiful beach, with jaw-dropping views of the sea. The breakfast was super, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The menu de dia for dinner was mind-blowing, with mouthwatering choices. The staff's communication was excellent when reserving a parking spot in advance. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was large and airy, with a view overlooking the pool. The underground parking was secure and well worth taking advantage of. The hotel's location near the port was incredibly pleasant.

All staff are trained well and are happy to help . Always cheerful when you meet. Fabulous position right on the beach front . Balcony with most rooms. Each room had great views. Easy to find and good underground safe parking facilities.

The location is fantastic, Gandia Beach is the best and the San Luis is a good place to stay.The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is a traditional Spanish Hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. The breakfast was very good the main courses in restaurant are a typical Spanish menu. Staff are friendly and work quickly and efficiently. The hotel is family run and has a good ambience.Rooms are a basic - no fridge but good TV good bathroom and nice balcony with furniture and sea views overlooking good sized swimming pool.Nice gardens and good bar with terrace overlooking Marina. Pleasant barman who is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome.
